Hey, I'm Katie, the person behind Lane & Co. Cleaning. I started this domestic cleaning business two years ago when I relocated with my two young daughters. It's been a journey full of growth and learning, and I'm incredibly proud of what Lane & Co. has become.
For me, cleaning has always been more than just a chore. It became a real release for many feelings and a way to clear my head. Over the years, I've learned that cleaning not only helps me stay organised, but it has also played a huge role in supporting my mental health. During some challenging times in my life, household cleans became a kind of therapy for me, a way to feel in control, calm, and at peace.
As a mum to two beautiful girls, I understand how hectic life can get, and how easy it is to let the cleaning pile up when you're juggling everything else. But I also know the joy that comes from having a clean and tidy home. That's why I wanted to offer private cleaning services that could help others find that same sense of peace and control. At Lane & Co., I aim to make domestic cleaning a stress-free, positive experience that not only leaves your space sparkling but also helps to boost your mental well-being.
Starting this business was my way of giving back. I've always loved helping people, and cleaning was the perfect way to do it. There's something incredibly rewarding about knowing that a clean home can make someone's day a little easier, especially when they're busy or overwhelmed. Whether it's a regular household clean, a deep clean before a special event, or simply tidying up after a long week, I love knowing that I'm contributing to making someone's life a bit brighter.
